I try to configure the custom domain for three clients, however, after I entered the custom domain and send them the DNS records, it does not work. They have all added the DNS to their hosting provider settings. I met via Teams with two of them to check and they actually did what they should do.
It is now almost two weeks waiting and none of the three is completed. So it is not a client mistake I guess.
I have told them to try other variations of the TXT name like _railway without the domain, and with the domain in multiple variations but nothing works. Could you check this out?

The domain prompt.generation-c.nl is fully verified and working. The other two domains (walter.sales.verwater.com and platform.orchestra-contact.com) both have their CNAME records correctly configured, but are missing the required TXT ownership verification records, which is why certificates are not issuing. For walter.sales.verwater.com, a TXT record needs to be created with host _railway-verify.walter.sales and value railway-verify=323471bb5b4e9b65573b120d1fecd61811801662786ae01e21aebc8f87adda9a. For platform.orchestra-contact.com, a TXT record needs to be created with host _railway-verify.platform and value railway-verify=46da9f2d79305865aedeb3e19af313f7088a411238da85a9b096331349211db9.
