The TXT record is being verified: railway-verify=ad9cbdbc3fa393de049b70ede29daabb1ef1d2166abd57bdc9bd0182cdf80695
I tried to delete domain and re-add it again and got Error message: "Cannot delete custom domain: an operation is already in progress"
We are migrating website between providers so we needed to revert CNAME back to our old provider but we have left TXT record. How I can resolve it?

We are trying to add "railway-verify=..." record also under the root

this didn't help. We needed to revert and hopefully we will be able to try again soon after getting some help

Also, if you wish to use your root domain @, you should also be using www.
This is how TXT is configured.

Again, as mentioned above, if you wish to use
wwwor@, you must include a CNAME record for the other domain record.
sure thing, this is why TXT wasn't and still is not verified even though we have records in place?
now the status has changed and it is being like that for a while. How we can get a support with that?

You should just wait for it to complete.
how long does it take usually? For us TXT record is there since yesterday and still looks like not verified
cname - we had to remove cause we can't afford putting our live website down for so long

It's usually very quick, are you using cloudflare as a proxy?
I waited something like 15h, it never ended. I destroyed the project without better results. A lot of people have this issue if you check the help section

is there a way to get Railway support at all? I opened also a thread on https://station.railway.com/questions/custom-domain-verification-stuck-7f8140a9 but no answer since almost 2 days :/

We've cleared the stuck state on your domains. Your CNAME and TXT records still need to point to Railway for the certificates to issue. Once you update your DNS, everything should provision automatically. Let us know if you have any questions.

Hey, I've managed to add custom domain again however first validation of Certificate Authority failed, so I readded the domain again and updated my DNS records however I still see Certificate Authority is validating challenges - and it has been like that around 2hrs at this point. Usually it works immediately.
