Custom domain verification stuck in ISSUING after DNS propagated

Hello Railway Support,

Please reset and re-run verification and certificate issuance for the custom domain app.advisors.com.ar on project advisors-app, service alta, environment production.

Current state:

  • The required DNS configuration was completed on 2026-09-21 at approximately 15:00 America/Argentina/Buenos_Aires (UTC-3).
  • CNAME app -> 4vnzcvb3.up.railway.app resolves correctly from the authoritative Hostinger nameservers and public resolvers 1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8.
  • The required _railway-verify.app TXT record also resolves correctly from the authoritative nameservers and both public resolvers.
  • No conflicting CAA record or DNSSEC/DS issue was found.
  • The Railway-provided service domain is online and serves the application correctly.
  • Railway CLI reports syncStatus=ACTIVE and the CNAME as PROPAGATED, but verification.verified=false and certificate.status=CERTIFICATE_STATUS_TYPE_ISSUING.
  • HTTPS on app.advisors.com.ar still presents the default *.up.railway.app certificate.
  • The official CLI certificate retry was attempted, but Railway rejected it because retry is only allowed after FAILED while this domain remains in ISSUING.

The custom-domain object was originally created on 2026-08-14, before the DNS configuration was completed. This historical state may have left the verification job stuck even though DNS is now correct.

Custom domain ID: 7aea8209-d494-42e2-a21d-d0ecb6365c70

Could you please reset/retrigger the ownership verification and certificate issuance for this domain without deleting/recreating it or requiring DNS changes? We do not authorize domain deletion/recreation at this stage.

Thank you.

Your DNS is fully correct and the verification token matches, but the certificate workflow stalled before your DNS changes propagated and never re-ran. We've started a certificate re-issuance for this domain, which may take a few minutes to complete.
