I'm trying to set up a custom domain gap.eer.email for my web service in the EER project (Project ID: cf6fdfef-1599-4676-a65f-f5cff2812540, Environment: production).

What I've done:

Added the custom domain gap.eer.email to the web service (web-production-855bc.up.railway.app)

Created two DNS records as required:

CNAME: gap → web-production-855bc.up.railway.app

TXT: _railway-verify.gap → [verification token from Railway dashboard]

Verified both records are resolving correctly via DNSChecker using Google DNS and Cloudflare resolvers

Confirmed the TXT token value matches exactly what's shown in the Railway dashboard

This is my first attempt — no token regeneration or previous attempts

The same situation for the custom domain api.gap.eer.email to the web service api-production-e333.up.railway.app

Current status:

Domain verification status in Railway dashboard: PENDING

Time elapsed: Over 1 hour

No changes observed after waiting and refreshing the dashboard

Expected: Domain should verify once DNS records are propagated and Railway checks them.

Actual: Verification remains stuck on PENDING despite all DNS records being correctly configured and globally resolvable.

I also added the same domain to the api service (api-production-e333.up.railway.app) and it also shows PENDING status.

Could you help investigate why the verification is not completing?
