The custom domain www.assetmemo.bio (service "web", project "ibd-terminal", domain ID ab50d0bc-91b3-46ce-ad53-4ec66b0d08c4) has shown certificate status CERTIFICATE_STATUS_TYPE_ISSUING and verification "verified: false" since it was added on 2026-09-05. Its updatedAt has not changed since then.

Your CNAME and verification TXT record both match what we expect, so the ownership check simply never re-ran after the records went live. We've started a fresh verification and certificate issuance for that domain, which can take a few minutes to complete, and your existing DNS values stay the same.
