My custom domain www.desirparent.com has been stuck on "Waiting for DNS update" for over 48 hours despite correct DNS configuration. Verified via nslookup on 8.8.8.8: - CNAME www → socwyfs5.up.railway.app - TXT _railway-verify-www → railway-verify=9adf329d0ab444e7605e963a9a I have tried removing and re-adding the domain multiple times. Please manually trigger domain verification. Project: faithful-connection Service: desirparent

Your TXT record should be on _railway-verify.www, not _railway-verify-www.

Additionally, the TXT content should not be that short. Make sure you're clicking the button to copy the content instead of manually selecting it.

"I have now added the TXT record as _railway-verify.www (with a dot, not a dash) as you suggested. Verified via nslookup on 8.8.8.8 — it resolves correctly. But Railway still shows 'Waiting for DNS update'. Can you please manually verify the domain on your end?"

It usually takes up to a few hours for the DNS to get validated and a certificate to be issued (or up to a day, but rarely). If it doesn’t happen within a day, try removing the domain from Railway and add it back after ~10-15 mins. Update DNS records if necessary.
