Your DNS is correctly configured for both shiftvault.us and www.shiftvault.us, and the TXT verification records match. The validation workflow stalled when the TXT records were initially on the wrong host and never re-ran after you corrected them. We have started a certificate re-issuance for both domains, which should complete within a few minutes.
