Custom environment variables set in the dashboard are not being injected into my service. RAILWAY_BETA_ENABLE_RUNTIME_V2 appears in my container environment despite setting runtime to LEGACY in railway.json. My variables ANTHROPIC_API_KEY and REGENDATA_CLIENT_ID are completely absent from os.environ at runtime. This has persisted across three fresh project creations.
