Custom notification rule not firing

Hi

I have made a custom notification rule to notify on app and email when "Deployment needs approval". This doen't send email, only shows in the ui.

Other events trigger just fine. Any help appreciated.

IIRC a deployment only requires approval if the person pushing to the target branch in the Git source isn't an editor of the project.

Thanks. I get email notifications on other events, just not when "deployment needs approval".
