Dashboard error

Hello,

My Railway Dashboard has been showing the error "The train was derailed" for about four days.

I cannot access my project dashboard or deployments.

However, my deployed website is still online and working normally.

Please check whether there is an issue with my Railway account or Dashboard access.

Thank you.

Is that error show up when you opening the dashboard (railway.com/dashboard) or when you open a project page?

Yes, the error appears when I open the Railway Dashboard at railway.com/dashboard.

I also cannot access my project page or the Deployments section. The deployed website itself is still online and working normally.

Thank you for looking into this

I also tried reloading the Dashboard, but the same “The train was derailed” error appears. The deployed website is still working normally. Please check whether there is an issue with my Railway account or Dashboard access.

I’m following up on this issue because I still have not received a response.

The Railway Dashboard continues to show “The train was derailed”, and I still cannot access my project dashboard or deployments. However, the deployed website is working normally.

This issue has been ongoing for several days. Could you please check my account/project and let me know what is causing the Dashboard access problem?

Thank you.
