Hi, can you try a hard refresh with CTRL+SHIFT+R (Windows/Chrome) or CMD+SHIFT+R (macOS/Chrome)?

Same issue. Hard refresh helped with opening dashboard but project itself still not loading

Also want to be clear, observability and other parts of the dashboard work fine. And I have shipped a few things into GitHub and they aren't deploying onto my live services.

Yup, we've identified a separate issue with this, and are working on fixing the cause now.

I do see my dasboard now but can't deploy anything (the control "plane" is definitely not flying)

We've had to disable all deployments on the platform due to this incident - apologies, we don't have an ETA for when it'll be up, but we will publish a post-mortem about this incident once it is resolved.
