Dashboard not working

Hello Team,

My dashboard after purchasing the hobby plan has stopped responsing. When i open my projects it gives me 404 error. When i try to open the billing or Plans tab from settings it does not load properly

Please fix this for me as i have some urgent deployments

Your workspace is active on the Hobby plan and both of your services show a successful status, so there is no platform-level block on your projects. However, your most recent invoice for $5.00 failed to process with an "insufficient funds" error on your card. Please update your payment method at railway.com/account/billing and try clearing your browser cache or using an incognito window to see if the dashboard 404 and loading issues resolve.

Getting an internal server error when i try to load the billing link. Also my project shows multiple Subscriptions which i dont want as i have already paid once for my hobby plan
