Hey team,
Having an issue with a deployment where Railway indicates only 1 of 2 replicas are "active" (as a result of an OOM crash last night).
But our other software indicates there is indeed 2 instances online and fulfilling traffic, yet Railway says only 1 is online.

These are the 2 instances as reported by our APM, which shows both instances online serving traffic
