I started a trial in April and migrated 2 MYSQL databases over for 2 projects.I was pinged to say i was running out of free credits and on April 30 I updgraded to a hobby plan. I have not had much time to work on these products recently but a user has just reached out and says they cannot access their data. When i look at the deploys I made for both projects it says they have been removed?
It looks like the deploy was removed? e96a83b3-3057-4033-96cc-f93752a3684a

Have you tried deploying them again?

Go to your removed deployment and then you can redeploy it from the hamburger menu
Thanks @Fragly - I think that solved it, out of curiosity why / what would have caused them to be removed

The only circumstance that I know of where Railway will remove deployments on your behalf is if your billing failed, if your billing failed and you pay afterwards then you'll get access back but your removed deployments will need to manually be redeployed
Thank you - that makes sense. I assumed when i rolled over from free plan that everything would be gravy. It just says "To prevent your application from being paused" in the email.

If you are past the data retention period, you cannot restore the data.
