My PostgreSQL service went offline after my trial period expired. I understand this is expected, but I have production data I urgently need to export before migrating to another provider - specifically active resident surveys and submitted votes for a residential building management application.
I am not looking to reactivate the service long-term. I simply need a one-time export of my database so I can complete the migration and avoid permanent data loss.
Could you please either:
- Temporarily bring the PostgreSQL service so I can run
pg_dump, or - Provide a downloadable backup/dump of the database directly
I am ready to act immediately as soon as access is available. If there is a grace period before data is permanently deleted, please let me know how much time I have.
I appreciate your help.

Sorry, but you will need to either downgrade to free if eligible, or upgrade to a paid account.
