DATA MOUNT

My volume kraken-paper-bot-volume is attached to service kraken-paper-bot at /data. Railway logs say “Mounting volume on”, but inside the container /proc/self/mountinfo has no /data entry (DATA_MOUNT: []), and data stored at /data disappears after redeploy. Please check why the volume is not mounted inside the container.

Your volume's mount path is saved as /data with a trailing space, not /data, so the volume is mounted at a different directory than the one your bot writes to, and anything written to /data lands on the container's ephemeral filesystem and is lost on redeploy.

Change the mount path to exactly /data (no trailing space) in the volume's settings, or with the CLI: railway volume update --volume kraken-paper-bot-volume --mount-path /data (docs). Then redeploy the service so the new mount path is picked up.
