Hello Support Team,
I'm reaching out urgently regarding a critical data loss incident.
Earlier today, I accidentally executed a wrong command on my PostgreSQL database, which resulted in the entire database being wiped. All previously stored data has been lost, and unfortunately I do not have any backup available.
I would like to know if there is anything that can be done on your end to help recover this data — whether through server-side snapshots, transaction logs, or any other recovery mechanism you may have access to.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated, as this data is critical to my project.
Thank you for your time, and I look forward to your response.
Best regards,

Sorry to say, but unless you have backups of your postgres volume, there's likely nothing the team can do.
Will let them confirm that though.
