Hi, my Railway trial recently expired and I haven't upgraded yet.

I have a persistent volume mounted at /data/budget.db (SQLite database).

My question is: if I upgrade to a paid plan now, will my volume data still be recoverable? Or has it already been deleted?

I want to confirm this before purchasing.
