We do not have infrastructure-level snapshots that can be used to recover volume data beyond what is available through the Backups feature. If no backups are visible in the service's Backups tab, there is unfortunately no mechanism on our side to restore the lost data. Going forward, we strongly recommend enabling scheduled backups (daily, weekly, or monthly) on your volumes to protect against future data loss.
