Recovery request: After a billing/trial pause and reactivation, the Postgres service for this workspace performed a fresh initdb and the application's historical data reset. Two separate bot projects show zero users and statistics. Please check pre-pause volumes, snapshots, or backups and tell us whether either database can be restored or mounted as a separate copy. No credentials or user data are included.

Your Postgres service is currently running without a persistent volume attached, so its data does not survive redeploys or service restarts. Our databases are unmanaged, so automatic snapshots, WAL recovery, and PITR aren't available to restore your data unless you've enabled them on the service. Volume backups and point-in-time recovery are both native Railway features on Pro. We don't recover data lost to user-initiated actions. Going forward, enable volume backups on your stateful services so you can self-restore if this happens again.
