Hello Railway Support,
I would like to request assistance with recovering lost data for my project.
Project Name: talented-blessing (or autocontrol)
Project ID: dab15672-ba39-4628-9ee4-9b3258156be3
Situation:
- My subscription expired around March 12-15, 2026.
- - I have since renewed the subscription, but when the service redeployed, the volume data (specifically JSON files in the server/data/ directory) was lost. The app now only shows fresh/minimal data.
- - The application stores its persistent data using JSON files on the filesystem.
Request:
Could you please check if there any snapshots or backups of the volume/filesystem for this project from before March 12, 2026? If so, could you help us restore the data from that period?

Hi there, when a volume is deleted, there is a 48-hour grace period before the data is permanently removed. Was this on a specific volume that was deleted? If that is the case and you are still within the 48 hr time window, you might be able to recover the volume data. Other than that though, we do not maintain automatic snapshots or backups of volumes.
