Your trial has expired, so the workspace is on No Plan and services are offline. The MySQL service does have a volume attached, which means your data is retained on our storage and not lost. To regain access and run your export, you would need to subscribe to the Hobby plan ($5/month) from your workspace billing page, at which point your services resume and you can connect and run mysqldump yourself. We are not able to grant temporary access to services on accounts without an active plan.

Your data is safe on the attached volume and will remain there, so whenever you are able to subscribe to the Hobby plan ($5/month) your MySQL service will come back online and you can run your export then.
