Database cannot connect

Hi guys when trying to connect to Railwa PostGIS database via railway workbench, I am getting this error
The database container is starting up or transitioning. Please wait a moment and try again.
```Please advise

Also does not work if I try to psql manually into it as well

Hmmm... I was able to connect to your database. Looks like you redeployed and resolved the issue?
My guess is that you exposed a TCP Proxy but had not restarted your deployment yet to expose the port.
