We are also experiencing database connectivity issues on Railway.

The PostgreSQL deployment appears online and all required environment variables are configured correctly, but the database connection remains stuck on:

“Attempting to connect to the database…”

From our side, this does not appear to be an application configuration problem, since:

the deployment is active

environment variables are properly configured

the service was previously working

the issue started suddenly

Could you please verify whether there is any ongoing infrastructure, networking, internal DNS, proxy, or PostgreSQL cluster issue affecting connectivity on your platform?

This is impacting our production environment and preventing normal operation of our services.

Please investigate urgently and provide details about the root cause and expected resolution time.

A Postgres database and a Redis repository are frozen, they won't restart, the system won't boot. I believe redeploying would solve the problem, but it's disabled for pros.

FWIW, mine started workign again after hitting redeploy. This might be worth a shot for you! I'm genuinely frustrated that Railway has called it resolved when its obvious so many people are still having Postgres issues.
