I've tried to migrate manually since its automatically stoped working. We need to understand why did it stop working by itself

It was probably a Railway initiated migration, some instances are having read/write performance degradation and are being migrated to other hosts for the time being (team is looking into it).
Your migration seems to have failed so I'm tagging the team

Can you check the app logs? It probably crashed because it couldn't connect to the DB
