I am experiencing a random crash on my backend service, and from the logs I can understand it is a database connection problem. This happened at random, I have not made any changes. Everything worked perfectly couple of hours ago.

Is their anyone who can look into this? I’ve opened a ticket, but there are no responses and it is really urgent!!
