Hello
Our database on our production environment is stuck in loading phase.
Our main webapp cannot connect to it anymore
When we open the database service - the data is also not loading.

Did you make any changes to your Postgres? Have you tried a re-deploy?

Hi, no changes - did redeployed & restart everything still nothing and no error log.

Still not connecting to the database, even while using private domain. I tried using the Proxy domain as well - not working.
Even then, the database itself cannot show me it's table - the service itself doesn't open up - yet I have no error log.
I have attached some screenshot.

Hello,
You had the TCP port set incorrectly, and had several variables also set incorrectly.
I have gone ahead and fixed all that and your database is accessible again.
