Database Connection Not Working

My database for one of my projects is not working. Looks like it's been down since March 2nd. I tried restarting the container, and it's stuck at "Connecting to Database". Not sure what troubleshooting I can do for this.

Sorry for the slow follow-up. A database stuck on "Connecting to Database" after downtime is the host going down; a redeploy reschedules it onto a healthy host. Data stays safe on the volume. Still blocked? I'll reschedule it. If not, HA Postgres prevents a recurrence. — Angelo
