Out of nowhere, production postgres database is connecting. Have tried manually connecting from Datagrip locally and checked the connection status on my railway backend deployment, still disconnected.
This is a production service and quite concerning. Haven't seen any reports. Ideas?

Nothing platform side I think. I have gone ahead and redeployed the DB engine to see if this helps, there is a bug we are investigating to see if it's an issue with the proxy.
