I have backend database file I want to restore my database but it will taking too much time So can you help me with that to restore fast my old database information in my current database file

Project-Management software database So all the Company project detail's, field data and I'm trying to restore database 1.8 gb So it is taking too much time I have already 1.5 hours but stil showing same restoring and it is very important information because project stil working in the field

Is it a Postgres database or MongoDB or…?
Also, are you restoring it from a backup or a dump or something else?
