We had a decent sized Postgres on railway
It has gone entirely blank after the security patch
I cannot restore the pre security patch backup.

A pre-patch volume snapshot was taken automatically before the security update and is visible in the affected service's Backups tab, held for 30 days. That snapshot is a point-in-time copy of the volume from immediately before the patch. On Hobby, restoring volume backups is behind a Pro gate, so upgrading to Pro will unlock the self-serve restore for that snapshot.
