Hello, my project "amiable-expression" is currently suspended because I've run out of credits. I need to migrate my data to another service and I'm trying to run
pg_dump, but the connection is being refused.Could you please temporarily enable external access (TCP Proxy) for my Postgres service for a short window so I can backup my data? I am not looking to continue hosting, just to perform a final export.

Hey, since you're on the free plan your database is likely using serverless.
You would need to make a request to wake up your service then you should be able to connect to it and dump your data.
