My project was paused due to billing. I need temporary access to export my database. I am not requesting continued service, only a data export.

You can’t export your data once your service has been downgraded and paused, you have clearly exceeded the monthly free limits that’s why it was paused, the only thing you can do now is to upgrade back to your previous plan.

Hey, you can downgrade to the free plan at https://railway.com/workspace/plans if your trial has expired. Afterwards, you should be able to access your database again.

Your trial expires after 30 days or if you have used $5 worth of resources. Downgrade to the free plan and you will be able to access your database again.
