Hello Railway Support,
My Postgres service trial has expired and I can no longer restart the service or create a new one in the same project.
However, the Postgres volume is still present, and it contains critical production data.
I urgently need access to recover and migrate this database.
I am requesting immediate assistance with one of the following:
- Temporary reactivation of the Postgres service so I can export the data, OR
- Direct export / snapshot of the Postgres volume, OR
- Attaching the existing volume to a new Postgres service or project so I can access the data.
This is time-sensitive as it affects a live application migration.
Project details:
- Project name: melodious-melody
- Service: PostgreSQL
Please treat this as urgent and let me know the fastest recovery path.
Thank you for your help.
Im a student so i cannot buy the hobby plan as well!

Your workspace subscription is currently inactive, and both services in your project show as removed. Per our data retention policy, volumes are not deleted when deployments are removed, but volume data for Hobby accounts is deleted 60 days after cancellation (30 days for Trial/Free). To access the volume and export your data, you would need to resubscribe from your workspace billing settings, then redeploy a Postgres service and attach the existing volume. We are unable to provide temporary access or manual data exports outside of an active subscription.
