it says "Canvas loading slowly
The canvas is taking longer than expected to load. Please wait or try refreshing the page."
nothing is loading. What do I do?

The "Canvas loading slowly" message is a transient dashboard UI state, not an issue with your services. Try a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R or Cmd+Shift+R), clear your browser cache, or open the dashboard in an incognito window. Your services and Postgres databases are all deployed and running normally.

I logged out, and re logged in, open new tabs, hard refresh etc it wont load at all.

Your services are all deployed and running fine, so this is only affecting the dashboard UI. Could you try loading it in a completely different browser (e.g. Firefox if you normally use Chrome, or vice versa)? If that also fails, try accessing it from a different device or network to rule out a local caching or extension issue.
