database shows online but it's not

Postgres completely unreachable but Railway says otherwise (nothing on logs too). Metrics is completely zeroed out

The container is not running, have you tried redeploying?

has anyone goten any response from railway support?


I’d try that, but it made me wonder whether I might mess up anything that could help the team debug it. If that’s expected, I’ll just redeploy.

similar issues were reported across central station and x.com, i havent seen any reasonale response from railway anywhere

this happens exactly 1 month after a major outage took all of our applications down


For context, our database is now back, didn't do anything with it though, maybe networking issues?
