We have a few services and databases. I usually access those databases through the public URL, but sometimes I need other people to access those databases. Is there any other way I can give access to it and control what each person can do on it?

Also, I don't understand how hierarchy works on railway projects, is there a way to control what each participant has access to? Outside of only the admin and the other one(I think there is only two types of profile). For example, I don't know if there is any way to make people that are not admin be able to create and deploy projects.
