Hello Railway Support Team,
I am writing to urgently request a database restoration (Point-in-Time Recovery or volume snapshot rollback) for my project.
Earlier today, on August 27, 2026, at approximately 12:55 PM (GMT-5 / Colombia time), an automated deployment script accidentally executed a "TRUNCATE / DROP" routine on my production MySQL database. This operation wiped out our entire active inventory database (over 600 products) and replaced it with a few development placeholder rows.
Since this is a paid production account, we require your assistance to restore our MySQL volume to its exact state prior to the incident.
Could you please roll back or restore a snapshot of our MySQL database service from today, August 27, 2026, at 12:30 PM (GMT-5)?
Thank you very much for your prompt help as this is heavily impacting our active business operations.

We don't offer data restoration for user-initiated actions like this. Going forward, upgrading to Pro unlocks native volume backups on your service so it can self-restore if this happens again.
