Hello, I am a pro subscriber and I have backup of my db volume set to Daily, Weekly, and Monthly. However, I just noticed that the last automatic daily backup occurred 3 months ago.
Can someone please help me address this issue? Thank you

Hey, are you able to share a screenshot of the following page? And also from the edit schedule button?

Make sure that no backups are being deleted by your team. You can verify this on the audit logs page, which includes records of any backups being created or deleted.
@ThallesComH
I verified the audit log and I am the only one who accessed this page

Definitely weird, seems like it's doing the backups automatically now?
I don't think so. I think the weekly backup is working? but not the daily backups. The message you see on top - "Next backup in 16 hours" is a lie

Will let the team take a look
Here's a fresh screenshot. The automatic daily backup that was supposed to happen yesterday (in 16 hours from previous screenshot), didn't happen at all

Hello we've created an escalation on this to investigate the automatic backups and once we have an update we'll let you know.

Thank you. We would love if this can get addressed quickly as we are not very fond of doing manual backups everyday.

Hi, I disabled and enabled your daily schedule yesterday, and confirmed today that it's now running again.
The underlying cronjob for your daily backup seems to have been in some unknown corrupted state. We checked if any other backup schedules are affected by this issue, and your backup schedule seems to have been the only affected one.
We'll work on improving our internal monitoring to catch these cases — even if they seem to be very rare — proactively.
I'm marking this thread as solved since the daily backup is now running again.
