I'm still having issues when building my app and executing a prisma migrate during build.

Error: P1001: Can't reach database server at postgres.railway.internal:5432

builders do not have access to the private network.

You can use a pre-deploy command (service -> settings -> deploy) to run migrations before a deployment goes out
