PostgreSQL plugin completely unreachable since ~06:33 UTC. App getting connect ETIMEDOUT and SequelizeConnectionAcquireTimeoutError on all endpoints. redeployed the DB — redeploy has been running for 11+ minutes with no completion. Dashboard showing 'Attempting to connect...' and unable to connect via any method. Project ID: 3616d00e-b1d9-4434-839a-e4bad0f23c0c

I have forwarded this to the team, they are taking a look. For people having issues, please create your own help thread and link your service.

Thanks for your patience, and sorry to everyone this hit. It was a host failure on our side: affected databases couldn't accept connections and redeploys hung because the volume hadn't released from the dead host. No data was at risk. Re-run a redeploy to land on a healthy host; if yours is still stuck, drop your service ID and we'll release it. We're working to make host failures recover automatically. For anything production-critical, run HA Postgres (replicas across nodes) so a single node can't take you down. — Angelo
