Hello Railway, can someone explain to me, why my db was reset, I didn’t do any activity related to DB. I have pro plan active, what’s the reason and can you rollback this ?

Your database is missing a volume, a volume is required for data persistence, since the volume has been deleted the data associated with it has been deleted, if you don't have a backup unfortunately the data in the database has been permanently deleted.
So this doesn't happen again you can mount a new volume to the database at /var/lib/postgresql/data and going forward please be careful of what is deleted.
