I am having the same issue in my postgres container. Its impossible to reach it, no other services can access the db so the app is down. I've attached a screenshot

I cannot reach i have thought it's a problem in the backend first checked all the logs found out ssh connection cannot be established and the session could not be even made with the database

Could you please let us know how much time this will take? Our entire app is currently down because of this issue, and users are unable to use the service. This is causing significant frustration for them and creating a negative impression of our platform.
An update on the expected timeline would be greatly appreciated.

My system has been inaccessible from 2 PM until now. Users have reported and complained a lot. Please check and let me know how long it will take to restore? The wait time is too long, and I can't know exactly when it will be restored. After this incident, I should probably consider choosing a different provider for my platform.
