if your code isn't on GitHub then there's one way to add your code to Railway
and that's via the railway up command through the Railway CLI
check out the CLI docs here:

otherwise upload your code to Railway and then just connect it to Railway
you can do that by making a new service, selecting from GitHub and choosing your service

You can make it private and railway will host it.
you can also store the token in railway's environment variables
