I'm unable to pay for subscription becuase my Debit card is declined

That message means the card you added is identified by the card network as a prepaid card, and prepaid cards are rejected when added even when they are labelled as debit cards.
To subscribe, please add a bank-issued credit or debit card that is not prepaid.

We don't accept PayPal, so a bank-issued credit or debit card is the only way to pay for a subscription.
The most recent card attempt on your account was a $1 validation hold, which was not captured and has been refunded, so nothing was charged. To subscribe, you'll need a bank-issued credit or debit card that your bank will authorize and that isn't a prepaid card.
