What's going on with this chart? Corresponding Requests chart on my attached django service had the same traffic pattern.

Is this a railway issue with the logging?

can you explain a bit more the issue here? I wouldn't expect any public connection to the db as in theory you should use the internal link. I would expect them only if you access to the db from your local machine
