Unable to connect to my service through default generated domain by railway. I have setup the port correctly.

unable to connect is quite vague, please describe the issue in detail
I'm geting a DNS address could not be found. Diagnosing the problem.

that would be an issue with your network, I recommend using Google or Cloudflare's public DNS resolver instead of your ISP's DNS resolver.
I accessed it from other networks too, gettiong DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN
