This morning (Apr 24th) I have started observing a degraded network performance. Noticed yesterday Railway team reported a similar problem and it might be occurring again. Simple API requests which usually takes milliseconds to resolve are now taking 10 seconds or more.

Can you show me logs, link me to the service that is encountering the issue, or show me other diagnostics where you're encountering this latency? That will help us look deeper into the issue.
