I want to delete all my bots from railway, but it seems impossible.
I want to start fresh to fix some stuff.. it even keeps running cant even get it offline...

If you're trying to delete the project, you'll need to go to project settings, then navigate to the danger section.
If you're trying to delete only that specific service, I'd try hard refreshing (Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + R), or accessing the dashboard via incognito window.

I don't see where I can actually right click. if I click on one of the projects it is just a blackscreen

Is it really just a black screen when you open the project?
Try open the project again, If it's still show a black screen, force reload the dashboard

looks like this. The service is now online tho just wanted to delete if possible so i can start clean again

You will see project settings icon on the left sidebar, you can delete from there
