I have a folder in my volume called videos, how can I delete only some items from that folder without deleting the whole volume since I have information that I do not want to delete.

Yea of course!
First you will need to setup Railway's CLI (Using the CLI | Railway Docs)
After that, go to the Railway's Dashboard, select your project, right click the service you want to use and press "Copy SSH Command", then paste it on the Railway's CLI afterward.

Hey, I think you can just go into the Railway shell and rm the files manually.
